Haute Cuisine Annual Meeting

Within the framework of AUTÉNTICA, we celebrate an exclusive event that brought together the main Michelin chefs and of haute cuisine of our country, in a unique experience with the aim of creating synergies and sharing experiences. In 2023, the retreat brought together the chefs at the Dehesa de Majavieja, owned by Juan Antonio Ruiz “Espartaco” and received the visit of Cristina De Toro, General Director of Industry, Innovation and Agri-Food Chain of the Junta de Andalucía.

 

Nandu Jubany, Fernando Arjona, Miguel Cobo García, María José San Román and Naoyuki Haginoya, among many others, attended the event. During the day, professionals have had the opportunity to learn about the culture and traditions surrounding the fighting bull and enjoy training sessions on the tentadero.
