This is an exclusive program for international media who would like to request travel and accommodation coverage for attending Auténtica Premium Food.

The program is aimed at media professionals and journalists. Its objective is to ensure the attendance of journalists at the event and to encourage media coverage of it.

• Transportation (airplane or train tickets) and hotel accommodation are included.
• One night of accommodation at the hotel booked by the organization, with breakfast included, for journalists traveling from within Spain, and two nights for international journalists.
• Access to the exhibition area and all conferences at the Auténtica Congress.
• Access to the Press Area: rest area, bar service, business centre, and internet.
• Invitation to attend the various networking activities of Auténtica (this is a personal and non-transferable invitation; guests are not allowed).
• Shuttle service from the hotel to the venue and to the networking activities.

Journalists can apply for the Auténtica 2025 Hosted Media Programme until September 8, 2025. After this date, the organization cannot guarantee coverage of travel and accommodation expenses.

• The Hosted Media Programme is strictly reserved for journalists, editors, or professionals representing a media outlet.
• Transport will only be provided by train or airplane.
• Transfers from the airport or train station to the hotel, as well as per diem expenses, are not included. Additional hotel charges (such as minibar or other services) are also excluded.
• The organization reserves the right to choose the airline, train company, or hotel. We will do our best to book the train or flight that best fits your preferences. All tickets will be issued in economy class (premium fares or special services will not be covered).
• Once the travel tickets and hotel room are booked and confirmed, changes or cancellations are not allowed. The organization is not responsible for any modifications or cancellations after the booking has been made. Any additional costs incurred due to changes or cancellations will be borne by the journalist.
• To attend the networking activities, you must receive confirmation from the organization. These are personal, non-transferable invitations and no guests are allowed. Places are limited and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Please remember to bring your printed press pass to access the event and networking activities.
