Seville and Andalusia, epicenters of the Mediterranean diet

For two days, 251 exhibiting firms, among which CADO, Cajamar, Heineken, Picking Market, Agri-food Cooperatives of Andalusia, General Fruit, Makro, Ostrea Sur, Xunta de Galicia, AgroBank, or Landaluz, have presented the latest premium-gourmet products.

In addition, the agri-food quality brand of the Junta de Andalucía, Gusto del Sur, which distinguishes differentiated quality products, has played a very important role in this edition. To thank the European ERDF Funds, because thanks to them these activities, which have been co-financed by the European Union and the Junta de Andalucía, are carried out.

“Auténtica 2024 has been a success. Producers, distributors, chefs and professionals from the entire value chain of the food industry have gathered these days in Seville to promote premium-gourmet products and promote quality food based on the Mediterranean diet,” said Manuel Bueno, director of Auténtica Premium Food.
