Born in Jaca, cook since I was 16 years old.
I studied in Huesca finishing as the best of my promotion. Best chef of Aragon 2 years, best chef of Spain 2018, chef of the year in Spain 24-25, winner of 1 Repsol sun, 1 Michelin star, captain of the Spanish national team where we have won several medals, including two bronzes in the last Olympics.
And since June 2020,in Sardas, where the Era de los Nogales was born, and where we have managed to be the best restaurant in Aragon.
