Rodrigo Fernández Alcalde

I stumbled into the profession and soon discovered my true passion. I worked at Echaurren, A Fuego Negro, Casa Solla, and El Celler de Can Roca, among others, but it was at Zaranda where my career took a significant leap. After three years, I ended up in Seville, immersing myself in a culture unknown to me but that laid the foundation for what is now my life: Arsa, alongside my wife Bea. In just a year and a half, wonderful things have been happening to us, the result of constant effort and the love we put into it.
