After going through the hospitality school in Castellón and Barcelona, I spent 8 years at the Tragaluz restaurant, where I worked in all kitchen stations. After a brief stint at a NH hotel in Barcelona with Ana, we opened the NH hotel in Reus where we spent 8 years. In December 2004, we inaugurated the AQ restaurant, and in 2016 we revamped the restaurant, radically changing the format.
