Chef and owner of Ramona La Boutique de la Empanada and Tú Chef Talleres. An avid traveller and entrepreneur. From her little corner of Cabo de Gata, she combines Argentine tradition with the strength of the Almeria vegetable gardens of her roots in a fresh, friendly and bright atmosphere. Ramona is not just a place to eat, but to savour culture, territory and affection. Her cuisine is a tribute to the countryside and local artisans. She always makes time to give cooking classes for children, adults and people with disabilities in associations and public and private institutions.
