Marc Roca Payet

Marc Roca i Payet, born in Girona in 1997, he studied in Culinary Management at the School of Hospitality and Tourism of Girona (EHTG). Throughout his career, he has worked at renowned gastronomic establishments both nationally and internationally, such as Can Roca, Restaurant Massana, Plaça del Vi 7, Blue Hill in New York, Espai Mas Marroch, Alkimia, and is currently part of the kitchen team at El Celler de Can Roca.
