While studying energy engineering, I started getting interested in cooking by organizing meals at home. I then trained directly from a tapas bar in Seville (Rincón de Nicolás) to prestigious establishments like Solana, Culler de Pau, and Bagá. I spent 5 years learning and dedicating myself to these last two. Finally, I decided to start this project with my partner.
