Juan Luis Fernández

Juanlu Fernández (Jerez, 1984) is a chef with two Michelin stars at his restaurant LÚ Cocina y Alma, where he fuses Andalusian roots with French technique. Trained with Martín Berasategui and after leading Aponiente, he has developed a cuisine with its own identity. In addition to LÚ, he runs Krombol and Bina Bar, and advises projects on the coast of Cadiz, consolidating his commitment to the gastronomic culture of his land.
