Trained in Spain, France and Switzerland, and with a degree in Economics, he has combined tradition, technique and innovation throughout his career. He has been champion of the Louis Lesaffre Cup (2007), Best Baker in Spain (2015) and World Bakery Champion in Rimini (2023), as well as receiving awards such as the Innovation Award at Madrid Fusión (2024).
