José Ferrer Morató

José Ferrer Morató has been a journalist for over 40 years. He has worked for Diario de Jerez, Diario de Cádiz, Diario 16 and El Mundo. He has published in publications such as Viajar, Club de Gourmets, Cocina Futuro, The Times, Yo Dona, Tiempo and Fuera de Serie. He is a guest lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Sommelier Studies at the Madrid Chamber of Commerce. He is also a guest lecturer at the University of Barcelona’s CETT campus on the Higher Degree in Gastronomy, and at the Cardenal Herrera CEU University on its GASMA campus.
