I am the second generation of cooks in my family, I fell in love with cooking working with my father, the first chef of Indian gastronomy in Spain.
I have worked with Roberto Ruíz and Albert Adrià, and now I run the family restaurant “Tandoor” and the street food “Mirch” offering a lighter menu adapted to Mediterranean palates.
