Isabel Cerrillo García

Professor and researcher in the Department of Nutrition and Food Science at Pablo de Olavide University and founding member of the Alimentta Think Tank. She works to promote the transformation of eating habits and ensure access to a healthy and sustainable diet from an economic, social, and environmental perspective. She also researches the bioactive compounds in food and their role in preventing chronic diseases.
