In 2016, he organized and founded the Rio de Janeiro Academy of Gastronomy (Academia Carioca e Fluminense de Gastronomia – ACFG; @acfg.rio), under the auspices of ABG, as its regional representative entity within the territory of Rio de Janeiro city and state. Lecturer and juror in gastronomic competitions and awards, has as main activity his career as a lawyer and does not admit any financial or commercial ties on his appraisals of hospitality experiences and when dining at restaurants in Brazil and worldwide.
