Gonzalo Illesca

Gonzalo is an entrepreneur since his origin. Trained in the family business (a restaurant in the south of Chile), he later specialized in Business Economics at university. He currently advises companies on strategic innovation and business models, directs the Master in Innovative Business Creation at the Universidad de las Hesperides and is a founding partner in Omni Coffee in Madrid.
