Gonzalo Illesca Seguel

Trained as an economist and business administrator, Gonzalo was formed in the family business: a restaurant in the south of Chile, which is the place where he learnt about gastronomy and business. With vast experience working and advising SMEs and startups, he is obsessed with the implementation of innovation processes grounded in gastro projects in verticals such as wine, catering and agriculture, but with a pragmatic vision and focused on providing value to entrepreneurs and customers.
