After studying Human Nutrition and Dietetics at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV) in Tarragona and later obtaining a degree in Food Science and Technology at the Universitat de Lleida (UdL), she has worked in different food industries. He has more than 10 years of experience in the sector, occupying different positions in the quality and food safety departments. He is passionate about the world of quality culture and food safety.
