CEO and founder in 2005 of Moralejo Selección. Their meat company dedicated to the sheep sector is located in the province of Zamora and they have the 2 most innovative production plants in Europe. Enrique is, along with his brother Mario, the third generation of a family specialized in the sector and especially in the cutting of the 3 ages of sheep and goats. Its products are sold in more than 40 countries.
