I have worked in many gastronomic Restaurants and Hotels in Spain from Martín Berasategui in Lasarte, presentations in Dubai or at Yale or Harvard University demonstrating the values of EVOO in the kitchen, or even making a feature film that won the Malaga Film Festival , mixing my professional life with olive cultivation. I am currently Gastronomic Director of the AMA restaurant, gastronomic advisor and Executive Chef of Gourmet de la Roja (RFEF)
