César Saldaña

An economist by training, after working in González Byass and Sandeman, in 2000 he joined the Jerez Regulatory Council as General Director, being elected president in 2020. He is the General Director of the CR of Brandy de Jerez. He presides over the Andalusian Conference of Denominations of Origin (CADO) and the Marco de Jerez Wine Route. He is a member of the ICEX wine and gastronomy advisory group and the Board of Directors of Origen España. He is the author of “The Book of Sherry Wines”
