César Saldaña

He holds a degree in economics from the Complutense University and a diploma in agri-food business management from San Telmo. He has developed his career in marketing and industry representation. He is the President of the Regulatory Council of the Jerez Designations of Origin and of the Andalusian Conference of Designations of Origin (CADO). He is also Vice President of AREPO, the European Association of Regions with Products of Origin. He is the author of “The Book of Jerez Wines.”
