A doctor in biology, she left science to devote herself to her other passion: gastronomy. This led her to self-study everything related to gastronomy and to take several cooking courses. Numerous trips around the world, being deeply influenced by local cuisine, have transformed her kitchen into a traveling one. Asian, Latin, and African touches are present in the creations that can be enjoyed in her restaurant.
