Ana Ruiz Temiño

After going through the hospitality school of Castellon and Barcelona, I worked in the kitchens of several restaurants, including La Dama and Hotel Arts. I opened the NH hotel in Reus together with Quintin, where we spent 8 years. In December 2004, we inaugurated our restaurant AQ in Tarragona, which we renovated again in 2016, changing the concept to what it is today.
