On the main stage of Autentica Sevilla, an exceptional dialogue will take place between two guardians of the Aragonese territory: Zacarías Fievet, shepherd and photographer, who through his lens and his flock captures the purest essence of the landscape, and Toño Rodríguez, chef of the restaurant La Era de los Nogales who transforms that same landscape into gastronomic emotions. This conversation will explore how shepherding, country life and the artistic gaze become the origin of authentic haute cuisine. An essential presentation to understand that the best ingredients are not bought, they are cared for, grazed and honored.
