F**K the Rules! Iris and Bruno Jordan & Zaca Fievet

In the heart of the Aragonese Pyrenees, two worlds that at first glance seem irreconcilable intersect: that of Zacarías Fievet, a high mountain shepherd and photographer, and that of Iris and Bruno Jordán, the siblings who have earned a Michelin star—and a Repsol sun—in the tiny village of Ansils, which has more diners than inhabitants. Under the irreverent slogan “F*ck the rules!”, the presentation weaves together three themes: authenticity, radical innovation and rural pride.
