Biomission: Harvesting tomorrow’s gastronomy
BIOMISSION is a scientific dissemination project about the importance of plant cultivation and Seed Banks as tools to maintain and recover biodiversity, to advance towards a more socially, economically, and environmentally respectful food system. Concurrently, it is a project that highlights the work done by researchers, producers, farmers, trainers, and chefs in recovering local crops essential for increasing the diversity of agri-food crops. Javi Olleros from Culler de Pau will awaken our senses and emotions through his gastronomy. Accompanying him will be Pedró Peón, a CSIC expert, Antonio Cavalda, the red zucchini farmer, and Ricardo Fernández, an expert on the 2023 agenda. Together, they will share the key points of BIOMISSION.
