The environment and architecture in new restoration concepts

Both content and presentation play a fundamental role in restoration. The design of spaces and decoration must add value to the gastronomic offer, without ever forgetting that they must also be facilitators for operations. In this session, based on new and disruptive concepts proposed by WOW Concept, we will analyze the importance of the environment in maximizing experiences around the plate.
